Inspection Trips

Potential clients can join any of our regular site visits, travelling to Bodrum to inspect the latest developments on-site. These inspection trips are also an ideal opportunity for potential clients to see for themselves exactly what an investment in Flamingo Golf Resort offers. On these visits, potential clients can avail of a guided tour of the resort as well as being able to inspect any detail of the site or the buildings.

Typical Inspection Trip Itinerary

Depending on your point of departure and personal preference, you may travel together with a representative of Flamingo Golf Resort to Bodrum. Alternatively, arrangements can be made for clients to meet with us in Bodrum. A guided inspection visit at the Flamingo Golf Resort would typically last for around two hours and will include:
  • viewing of completed villas and apartments
  • demonstration of construction techniques being used
  • description of site plan and construction process
  • illustration of various property types available

There will usually also be an opportunity to speak with the local team managing the construction programme.
