just returned from an inspection trip. Speaking about the resort during
the visit, Ray Hatton said, “The family will enjoy everything

Johnson visited the plot where his villa will be built and was so
impressed with Flamingo Golf Resort that he confirmed the purchase of a

Ricky Hatton will be getting a pre-fight training camp on Flamingo Golf Resort. Hatton and his advisors investigated three locations in Turkey to locate a pre-fight training camp and decided on the popular Flamingo Golf Resort. Flamingo Golf Resort representatives including the developer, sales executives and finance and legal personnel were present at Channel 4’s ‘A Place in the Sun Live’ at Excel London for the weekend of 25-27 April. A lot of enquiries were received and inspection trips booked. The signed football jerseys from Premiership footballers Tim Cahill and Andy Johnson who each recently bought property on the resort were much appreciated.19 March 2008: Merill Lynch Involved in Land Deal
Merrill Lynch, one of the world's leading financial management and advisory companies, is reported to have acted as broker in a land deal in the Tuzla area on the same side of the road as Flamingo Golf Resort. As part of the International Property Awards 2008 in association with CNBC, the developer has been invited to submit an application for an international property award. Since hosting the Ryder Cup, Ireland's leading golf clubs expected an increase in visiting golfers from home and abroad. Denis Kane of Druids Glen golf club, located outside Dublin commented on the international competition: "As well as competing for business with traditional locations such as Spain and Portugal, we have to compete with courses in new destinations such as Turkey". club house on Milas golf course under construction. During the visit
confirmation was also received that green fees will be available for
the first 18 holes which means people will be able to play the course

On 12th June the developer along with RE/MAX associates and interested clients had a site visit to Vita Park Golf Resort. The tour was facilitated by the main landscape architect. The selection of photographs were taken on the Milas golf course (the first 18 holes) which are due to open in Autumn 2007. The photographs show construction of the club house for the Milas golf course from the 9th green.
