Overview
Monies are received and held by the appointed UK registered solicitor. Title deeds for each individual plot are also held by the solicitor and are available for inspection on request.Clients wishing to purchase in Flamingo Golf Resort will be requested to follow the schedule of payments listed below:
- initial deposit of EUR 1,000 / GBP 1,000 which reserves plot.
- 30% payable upon the client's name being registered against the plot.
- 20% payable upon completion of site excavation.
- balance payable in installments with terms stated in the contract.
- deposit is deducted from the last payment.

- Selling prices are calculated in EUR - the actual GBP selling price will be based on conversion rate on date of sale.
- Conveyancing costs (legal fees etc.) approximately 5% of selling price.
Alternative Plot Reservation Method
A limited number of plots of land on the resort can now be reserved for development at a later stage. Like all other plots on the resort, these have full planning permission for two-storey properties with private pool. Features of this option include:- build price of property type is then frozen.
- provides possibility to combine multiple plots for the design and build of larger properties (in consultation and agreement with the development company).
- prices for this option start from EUR 45,000 (GBP 35,500).
