Update on Construction Work- 18 December 2009
Work is continuing over the holiday period to complete villas for hand-over to clients in January. Commencement of construction of a commercial unit in the centre of the resort is planned for Quarter 1 2010.

The developer of Flamingo Golf Resort is liaising closely with the London based firm responsible for the shopping centre and has described the planned new facility as “fantastic news for the resort which will further increase amenities available to property owners at Flamingo Golf Resort”.

Three VIPs Return from Successful Inspection Trip- 27 June 2008
