Developer

The development company, Bodrum Ege Ltd., has been active in Turkey since 2002. Building on early successes with property acquisitions on the Bodrum peninsula, the opportunity was identified to acquire the land adjacent to the Vita Park Golf Resort. As Flamingo Golf Resort takes shape the company is benefiting from its long-term vision that demand for property in Turkey would be encouraged by factors including the government's strategic development plans, proposed EU accession and increasing demand for high quality lifestyle properties with long term rental potential.

Appointed Solicitor

Registered with the Law Society, James O'Brien and Co is the appointed law firm representing Flamingo Golf Resort. In this capacity, O'Brien & Co, holds the freehold deeds for each plot and is also the recipient of all client payments.
